We have observed misleading communications on various portals as well as fraudulent emails related to DOIL hiring processes.
Please note that Dragon Offshore recruiters only send job-related information via an official, verifiable Dragon Offshore email account, which follows the “firstname.lastname@example.org” format.
Job seekers are warned to beware of fraudulent entities using this email identity by spoofing. You can protect yourself and your interests by verifying the following.
Dragon Offshore does not:
- Send job offers from free internet email services like Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail and other similar free internet services.
- Ask you to deposit money for job offers or to front any visa or traveling fees relating to a job or application or a job offer.
- Appoint any agents/agencies/companies to conduct interview or make offers of employment benefits on its behalf.
- Communicate offer letters as pdf attachment or with offer details in the body of the email.
Dragon Offshore makes formal announcements on its corporate website regarding available job opportunities or internships.
Considering the feasibility of receiving fraudulent emails, applicants are requested to take due care to validate the authenticity of the source of the email.
Please note that any offers/benefits/content/instructions presented in such misleading communication impersonating DOIL do not represent those of the Company and are contrary to DOIL’s policy. If any such entity fraudulently representing DOIL approaches you, refrain from responding to them. While we empathize with those who have lost money to such scams, Dragon Offshore will not accept any liability for the actions of candidates on spoofed emails and other false communications.
